DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of 2 nights stay is due to secure reservation. Final payment will be drawn from your card 60 days before arrival.
If cancellation is outside of 60 days you will forfeit the deposit.
If cancellation is within 60 days you will receive no refund but 50% of the money paid is transferable to use another time between Jan-April. Note: There will be no refund for no-shows and for days not used due to late arrival or early departure, weather, illness, or for any circumstances that are beyond the control of the Resort
Due to the limited size of the resort and our strict adherence to the above cancellation policy, please be advised that we highly recommend the purchase of comprehensive Travel and Cancellation insurance. We recommend TravelGuard.

If you need to rearrange your travel due to another lockdown at any time right up til the last minute, we will maintain your full credit with no penalty for rescheduling your dates.
